The organization has ranked as Ghana’s top tech company for the past two years and has made significant advancements; it is obvious that the team is moving in the right direction in terms of spreading the Enyata vision.
The Ghana team has been instrumental in achieving Enyata’s goal of helping people and businesses create and deliver top-notch digital goods. Enyata Ghana developed Instrail, an insurance platform that combines several insurance products and services. In addition to Kwerty, a data analytics platform was created to help businesses become more proficient in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. Presently, they are working on a few undisclosed projects while also building a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to aid businesses, individuals in managing personnel, job applications, and all HR-related processes. A strong team is characterized by its capacity to successfully combine its many talents in order to achieve a clear goal. As a cross-sectional team, we have had many obstacles to overcome when building together, including communication problems and technical difficulties. Particularly when working remotely or across time zones, we learnt how to handle team communication successfully through proper documentation and standups
It could be challenging to handle several technical issues, including hardware malfunctions, system glitches, and programming errors, but we have done a fantastic job with it. Our greatest motivator is having a single vision and objective, which has cultivated a sense of unity and purpose that has helped us forge a solid relationship.
Our success as a team and as a business has been greatly influenced by our regard for one another. We recognize that creating digital products is constantly a learning process, and we offer opportunities for skill improvement. In line with one of Enyata’s key values, we have established a happy and inspiring work atmosphere where team members feel valued and are motivated to learn and advance.
In general, creating digital products is usually a team-building activity since it requires everyone on the team to work together toward a common objective while also growing personally and professionally.
