What is the Enyata talent pool?
Enyata Talent Community was established to give members of our community the tools, mentors, and chances they need to compete in the job market.
It is a talent network created to help us internalize how we interact with our members, who are hoping to find a place at Enyata or another IT company.
Members get the exclusive opportunity to observe employment openings, educational and professional development possibilities, and even scouting opportunities.
We intend to expand this service into a full-fledged feature in the near future, allowing members to market their abilities and portfolios, hunt for and hire top talent, and easily find qualified resources from all over the world with the help of the platform. Additionally, the portal offers real-time updates on pertinent job posts and personalized career suggestions.

On November 1, 2022, we announced the inauguration of the Enyata talent community and invited people to join a Twitter chat and call for applications. There were more than 177 new member signups during the first week.

It enables members to quickly locate and work with qualified experts for certain projects and needs, which ultimately promotes quicker innovation, better products, and more robust growth.
